They have been named "The Sid'n'Nancy of the fashion world" by Black Book magazine, "the Aesthetic Gurus of the next Millennium" by H magazine and in 2005, "The 100 Most Important Artists In New York" by the New York Artists' Series. I get to Don Hill's for Saturday's launch of the Style Wars Battle Championship tour just past 10 p.m., and there is a line around the block! I haven't seen such we-have-to-get- there-early excitement in a long time. It's obvious that people are anticipating a spectacle. I get to go in before the doors open and inside there's an air of quiet, yet frantic pre-show electricity.
